Chobham Museum is open every Wednesday, from 2pm till  4pm and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. St Lawrence School's 200th anniversary, the Conquest of Everest and the Birth of the European Union are some of the current themes. The World War 1 exhibition is being assembled.

GB Fest - starts 12 noon

The Girls Brigade are coming to Chobham to celebrate their 120 years with an afternoon of fun at the Recreation Ground. Wacky Tumblairs Circus Act, Fairground rides, children's races, stalls, games, food and fun.

The Hidden History of Chobham Project Open Day - Starts at noon

A showcase of the results so far of the Central South Eastern Young Archaeologists’ Club’s recent test-pitting project in Chobham.

There will be a variety of activities on the day including:

  • A short talk and display on the project
  • A chance to meet some of the archaeologists and YACs involved in the project
  • Plans and maps of Chobham showing the locations of the dig
  • A project display, including finds from the test-pits
  • Opportunities to get hands on with finds washing, marking and sorting
  • Family Friendly mini-digs

Nightjars and Other Strange Creatures - starts 8.30pm

The Surrey Wildlife Trust Chobham Rangers are leading an evening walk to see and hear Chobham Common's avian summer residents, the nightjar.

Charity Bridge Afternoon
